About Us,
Richard Davis of Scottsdale Arizona is the Founder, Executive Director,and a Lead Investigator of the Child Recovery program for the ROCS (Return our children safely) organization. Richard is a 46 year old father of two children that he raised alone. Mr Davis spent over 4 years in the Army military police Investigations until injured during a classified military operation, then spent several years doing Fugitive Recovery for the state and Bailbonds. Afterwards Richard joined a Private Investigation firm in Scottsdale , and remained there until the year 2005, while in 2003 after successfully being awarded a 501C3 (Community Charity), Richard continued the development of the ROCS organization, to become now Arizona's only Fee-Free Child Recovery team.
Warren Robinson of Phoenix Arizona is a
a Lead Investigator for ROCS, a seventh degree martial arts master, he works predominantly with children. Warren spent over 6 years in the military police for the United States Marine Corp, and now owns a private security company. Mr.Robinson also has worked in the Arizona school systems as resource officer and security, and now assists local police with gang related issue's.
